Whether its losing weight, feeling better, improving your confidence or just having oodles of fun, we are here to help! It’s reassuring to know that we have over 100 ladies attend our classes weekly, with goals of moving, looking and feeling better!

Some questions I get asked all the time…

General

All VINCENT DE LIMA FITNESS classes, workshops and master classes are for adults aged 18 and above.
Great! Our classes are all about embracing all abilities, with a big emphasis on boosting confidence and self esteem. Its our policy that you can ask as many questions as you need to and take classes at your own pace. There is no pressure or judgement. Our team have been selected for being kind, inspiring, fun and approachable, so don’t be nervous – just go for it!
You will need to bring your own Yoga or exercise mat for the following classes: STRONG by Zumba®, POUND®, all Yoga classes and Les Mills GRIT™, CXWORX™, and BARRE™. We provide all the equipment for each class.
For Clubbercise® it’s £7 to purchase your reusable, environmentally friendly UV Reactive Glow Sticks. These can also be purchased on our online store or we can take the payment directly from your account; we no longer accept cash payments. Just ask us if you have any questions.
Please check the class prerequisites for full information about any of our classes.
We recommend you bring a face towel, a bottle of water and a jumper/pullover for after your class. Our venues have changing facilities.
Clothes preferably! :-) Regular sportswear is suggested, as long as it is comfortable and suitable for a fitness classes. For the Les Mills BARRE™ you can purchase ballet shoes or pumps online. Please speak to your instructor if you have any questions.

In the event VINCENT DE LIMA FITNESS needs to cancel a class, we will attempt to contact all clients who booked prior to cancellation and will return any credits to students who booked prior to cancellation. We aim to give all clients as much notice as possible for cancellations for more than 2 consecutive days.
Clients will be notified by text and email (please ensure that Notifications are set to ON via the Vincent De Lima Fitness app or by signing into your account)
You are able to cancel a class booking a minimum of 2 hours before class starts, by doing so your credit will be returned to you immediately for you to rebook within your contract agreement. If you cancel a class within the 2 hour period before the class commencement then your class credit will be forfeited. Please note there is a £5 fee for “Members Only Free” classes cancelled within the 2 hour period or for a no show.

We commit to holding at least 50 classes per calendar month.
We reserve the right to review and change these Terms & Conditions and give you 7 days written notice of any changes.

MEMBERSHIP

Yes! We have 2 Facebook groups. For all VINCENT DE LIMA FITNESS Members please join the ‘Members - Vincent De Lima Fitness’ Facebook group.
We also have a group where we advertise our events, masterclasses and workshops called ‘Be Fearless, Dream Big’. This is also for DE LIMA COACHING clients and members of the public who are interested in our upcoming events.
We no longer offer this option. To manage your classes more effectively we would recommend you look at the Pay In Full options as you are able to plan around holidays. Ask us if you wish to change your membership to one of the Pay In Full options.
When you join us you commit to stay for a minimum period that will be specified on the front of your Contract Agreement.
When you join us you commit to using all class credits within each month of your contract. Class credits cannot be carried over or extended. Furthermore, if you would like to take additional classes please email us to upgrade at members@vincentdelima.com. If you have opted for the full investment programs, you can manage your classes over the 3 month contract as you wish.
The monthly/quarterly fee is set out in the Contract Agreement. You will pay a monthly/quarterly fee which will debit your account automatically on the 1st day of the month. The contract will continued to be renewed every 3 months unless advised to cancel by email to members@vincentdelima.com.
If you fall behind with your membership fees and this is not caused by a bank error, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership.
Exceptions may be made for medical reasons such as illness or injury with accompanying documentation at our discretion. Management reserve the right to refuse to grant credit extensions or to freeze memberships due to illness or injury without accompanying documentation.
Sorry to hear you’re leaving! You can end your membership by giving us one full calendar month’s notice in writing ONE MONTH BEFORE the end of your contract. You must pay your full membership rate during your month’s notice. Please email us at members@vincentdelima.com should you wish to terminate your membership.
You can upgrade/downgrade your membership by giving us one full calendar month’s notice in writing. You must pay your full membership rate during your month’s notice. Once the memberships notice has been completed you can upgrade/downgrade your membership for a new contract term as stated in the new Contract Agreement. Please email us at members@vincentdelima.com should you wish to upgrade or downgrade your membership.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible for you to transfer your membership to anyone else. All our memberships are non-transferable.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT BOOKING.

As you probably noticed, our classes are really, really popular. That’s a good thing. But, we had to develop some rules to ensure that it’s fair for everyone. Of course, we’re a community, so if you ever have questions or concerns, we are always there to help. Okay, the rules...

1. Please follow the class etiquette, wear appropriate fitness clothing, please be mindful and respectful of others. We don’t just want you to have a good experience but a great one. Ensure all bags and coats are kept at the back of the room, or just leave it at home. For holistic classes, shoes are to be placed at the back of the room, please follow the teachers instructions.

2. Online booking opens on the 1st of each month. Booking closes 15 minutes before a class starts.

3. You can change or cancel a reservation up to 2 hours before a class starts. (So, if you know you’re not going to make it, help another member out and cancel).

4. Checking in is easy. Have your barcode scanned or make sure you have seen one of our staff to get yourself signed in.

5. Please arrive 15mins before the start of a class. If you’re not there at the start of class, we may refuse entry for your own safety and that of others (It’s only fair, right?).

6. All classes are available for online booking. When all spots have been taken, online reservations will be closed. However, you can sign up online to be added to the digital waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll automatically be sent a text/email to let you know that a space has become available (ensure your notifications are switched on). This is on a first-come, first-served basis. We advise all members to book at the start of each month to avoid disappointment.

7. This is the bad cop part of the rules. If you book a class, but do not check in by the start of class, you’ll be marked down for a missed class. We do not return any missed class credits.

Of course, we’re a community, and systems are not perfect, so you can always talk to us. Thanks for understanding.
